I have a daughter that does ballet and did pointe for one year. In terms of damage and pain they are miles apart. Pointe in my opinion is elective torture. Ballet seemed fine when I observed a class; mostly moving single muscle groups and core strength.

Lovely truck.  If only I could get one.

Found Will Be Wild via a shout out from an NPR show. WBW is an amazing podcast. While it focuses on the lead up to Jan 6th and the aftermath what I found most hair raising was how the Trump administration gutted the agencies that would have been positioned to stop Jan 6 from happening.
