Yes, the floodgate has opened and the stories are coming out. We haven’t heard as many of them in the video game industry yet, but they’re coming. Kotaku is actively working on several investigations right now that will hopefully lead to more harassment getting exposed. (And of course, if anyone reading this has any

Props for reporting on this - I wouldn’t have heard about it otherwise. It’s good to see that most industries are pulling back the shades on sexual harassment and assault right now.

Nah the first game is has a pretty generic story to it. This game plays like a board game of D&D where the action is random due to the way cards are drawn from the deck. I haven’t gotten this one yet but the first one I still play on the regular.

no

I’d say those games are implicitly political, in that they model systems analogous to those that exist today. Farmville functions as a managed capitalist system, for instance, giving minimal rewards for time and more for money.

Alright Kotaku, you got me with the thumbnail...

Really appreciate it!

D’Anastasio: Really, that just seems to be fan service. What’s the issue? It’s like, “Here’s the meat of the anime, with a little pepper sprinkled on top.” It’s not the whole thing.

I love RPG’s so I’ll play it eventually, after the hype dies down some.

Undertale is a must-play if you’ve ever thought critically about game design, and is just a really well put-together game in general; don’t let a rabid fanbase keep you from experiencing something good, it’s not like they’re going to taint you with their fandom cooties.

I dont care for esport but do you apply that same condescending attitude to chess?

Your argument would make sense, if she was the only one dominating in her category. Sports has always been filled with people that dominated. Did you think that when Anderson Silva was dominating everyone that it was because none of the other guys in his division has HIS mindset? What about Emelianenko? or Mayweather?

Encouragement can really go a long way.

I see.

‘Sup, mirror-image PS4 controller. You don’t look weird or anything.

“My opinion is that people shouldn’t publicly voice their opinions,” he said publicly.

The game we’ve written about multiple times over the past few years, right? That we’ve run videos of? That one?

Better than Destiny
