The DC Directors curse continues.

"I had my phone low and wasn't bothering anybody!"

Well then why don't you tell the people that say Sam Harris shouldn't discuss black crime because he's white that it's his ethnicity then?

I'm not saying an outsider status makes one inherently right or unbiased. Being an insider also doesn't make one inherently right or unbiased. As such I don't believe being an insider makes one's word inherently more valid than a so called outsider and being labeled an outsider tends to be the number one thing people

Sam Harris shouldn't have to recognize his 'outsider' status. What does that even mean really? No, he was never actually a Muslim but why can't his words be all that matter? Why does his racial and religious identity have to matter? That's always the biggest thing people use to attempt to discredit Harris. Either he

I'm not confusing the two. Im going by what you're saying. You said Americans and Brits and two different races and I went with that. But now the answer is no. You're telling me I'm confusing race and ethnicity yet I ask you 'are the Brits and Americans two different races?' You're answer was 'absolutely. They are two

You just said race and ethnicity are different things. You said Americans and Brits and two different races. But a relationship between an American and a Brit isn't interracial but interethinic……not following any of this bub. The LEGO blocks did not click together on any of this.

That wasn't supposed to be a 'yes or no' question. Once again, if I as a white American were to date a white Brit, would that be an interracial relationship? You said Brits and Americans are different races so…..yes or no?

So if I were to date a white Brit it would be an interracial relationship?

So in your world view, say the Brits and the Americans are two separate races of people?

I'm not debating what is and isn't offensive. I'm debating what is and isn't racist.

I'm pretty sure I can never top the absurdity of your statement that 'America Runs On Dunkin' is racist. Hey, you have your crazy definition of racism. Run with it man. Power to you brother.

But most people would not identify Americans as a race. At most you could call 'America runs on Dunkin' a generalization of a group of people but if any generalization of a group of people equals racism then is saying Star Wars fans love Eggo Waffles racist?

If it is racist then please educate me as to why it's racist. If you truly believe it is it shouldn't be too hard for you to explain.

You can decide 'America runs on Dunkin' is racist. I can decide that it's not.

I'm imagining a non-American saying and I still do declare it not racist.

"America runs on Dunkins would be racist"……….I am without speech. Alright you won. I…..I'm speechless.

Discussing the meaning of the word is quite important to make sure we arrive on the same page.

It is not objectively racist , it is very subjectively racist by whatever your definition of racism seems to be. Especially when you consider some wouldn't label Italians a race and simply a nationality. I'm not suggesting Italians have a biological attraction towards lasagana here. Isn't race about skin color?

Well that issue comes down to how an individual defines racism which is different from person to person which is the issue with labeling things racist. You're not gonna know what the fuck someone means when they use the term. The definition of race itself varies from person to person.
