Er, Dark started with subtitles for me. I believe Netflix defauls to dubbing until it “learns” you prefer subtitles. What device were you using? On PC and PS4 it’s one or two button presses to switch to subtitles.
Dark is made in German, nothing to do with Korea. It has English dubbing, as all Netflix’s foreign language originals do.
What device are you on? English audio should be an option.
