I have to go F40. I do. I love the 959, but the F40 is absolutely magical.

Even as an Avalanche fan (who was unable to watch last nights game), this is a really, really dumb call. It’s all dumb. Comeau shouldn’t have gotten his stick up there in the first place, and that flinch was absolutely a natural reaction, but he didn’t go full blown Footballer (ie Soccer player) in his reaction.
My apologies.
I have literally been thinking about E46's for the last three days. I want one so badly.
I like them. I got used to them from reading CycleWorld. I think it’s a cool edition.
or drag a toe to stay inbounds
Ah. I like this better.
Also a motorcyclist... I’m not going to go so far as to say drown them, but maybe a little waterboarding (to keep with the water theme).
I have always loved the 8-Series, and I still do. I just always thought they were so freaking cool, and I’m glad that rest of car-culture is catching on to how rad they are.
I am 100% in the same camp. I saw it last Thursday (the day before technically opening?) because a theater was showing it by me then. I had to go see it. I loved Garland’s version.
Jake composed a lot of (if not all of) the music :)
Fair enough, TeoFabulous :)
I think I’ll be in the minority here, because I don’t know how many here have been following Olan for the years that I have. I’ve been watching his stuff since he was in a little troop called Balloon Shop with two of his best friends before he set off on his own venture and YouTube. I have loved him for a long, long…
Yup!! It was SO well done. You don’t realize that you’re in the middle of this tense moment until you’re already halfway through it. It was fantastic writing.
I see what you do there, so have a star.
I loved the shifts in tense of the books. The first book being all past tense, the second being all present tense, and the third a mixture of the two going between the perspective of all of the major characters. In my opinion, VanderMeer’s ability to making something go from 0 to 100 mid-paragraph freaked the shit out…
The changes Garland made are vast and drastic, so don’t expect too much of the book. That being said, having loved the books, I really, really enjoyed the movie. It was its own thing, while using the source material as it’s foundation to bloom and expand in its own way. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
So, a theater by my house had 2 early showings last night, and I absolutely had to go to the first one. This was my most anticipated movie of the year. I finished the book series two days ago, but was keeping up on things, and looking forward to the non-spoiler review on iO9.
I’m seeing it tonight at 7pm. I’m so excited. I bought tickets last week for it. I’m really hoping the movie gets feet through the door in the theaters. I’m going with a friend whom I know has not read the books, so it’ll be fun to discuss it with him.
I saw a lot of dislike regarding the books on your review of the film yesterday. I can kind of get it, but I also am a bit sad that so many people put it down. I finished Annihilation in 2 days, all while working full time, and in school full time, because it HOOKED me. Got through Authority fairly quickly as well,…
