If only they did and it wasn’t just a result of the same shit having been happening for years.
If only they did and it wasn’t just a result of the same shit having been happening for years.
oh, good point.
And Bill Murray turned down a roll because he thought it was Joel Cohen?
I’m glad Cranston didn’t get the part. The slow burn reveal of what a badass Cranston is made the series so much better.
Was the area Farouk’s body is buried in called “Le désolé?” That was what I thought I heard, and it being French for “the desolate” would make sense.
Jesus, The Expanse is back, another Americans, I didn’t get to watch Legion last night, and the NHL playoffs start? I don’t know if I’m sleeping tonight.
I want to know what the American Kernel Club has to say about dogs eating popcorn.
In thinking about it more, the network TV comment is pretty much unfounded. Like you said, Fuller’s done great stuff with NBC, and off the top of my head, there’s no one I can think of with consistent hits on cable and a bad show on network.
TV certainly seems to be moving in the direction where a creator/show runner can really have a strong influence on the quality, at least if it’s outside of the network TV bubble. Vince Gilligan, Bryan Fuller and Noah Hawley have all had some strong showings lately. I’d have to at least consider any of those three as…
Speaking of doing stuff poorly, is everyone else getting constant notifications of responses to comments that happened years ago, too?
Kinja was kind enough to remind me of that by notifying me of a response to my comment that happened 4 years ago.
I think he mostly just underestimated what a big decision it is for her beyond even just deciding who she loves. She clearly stated her hesitance to get married and her love for Dev and to him that means she should give him a shot, but he's naive in not considering how much more there is to it than that. She explains…
Don't forget to put it after each exclamation of "Unbelievable!" and "Incorrigible!" Those are pretty solid jokes.
That's not Ray Romano, it's Gene Parmesan in disguise.
I really enjoyed this episode, but man there was some not that great storytelling at points. Amos coming right out of the gate with "Good thing that dude gave us the master key" was a pretty rough way to start, and I really didn't care for Alex talking to himself just to play up how difficult it was going to be to…
From experience, they're probably all searching for the comment section.
Are they really reunion shows if the band never officially broke up, has a new album coming out in a month or two and are already talking about recording their next albums? Does Radiohead just do reuinion shows every 4 or 5 years?
Except that chick in the audience who skipped a date to see Kylie Minogue. She was fucking savage.
This is probably the hardest I've ever worked…if you know what I mean…
The next sentence really, intentionally or not, explains why it worked so well to me.
