As long as the school is deriving its judgment from an independent legal process which serves justice, I have no issue. Universities are fundamentally are not equipped to evaluate evidence themselves.

I’m not crying for them, I just think they should defer adjudication in criminal cases to independent bodies which serve justice.
Well they may very well be bad people individually, but as cogs in an institution, they serve that institution’s interests, not justice.
Right, but they aren’t equipped to adjudicate or evaluate evidence in the case itself. That requires an independent legal body.
University administrations are self-interested institutions. They aren’t equipped to evaluate evidence or adjudicate criminal cases.
But Universities don’t address muggings in a university adjudication process.
She’s criticizing the brand, which you acknowledge is shallow, and the appeal.
Right it’s criticizing the ethos around the LP brand, which is pretty shallow.
This article is about the general appeal of LP, not specifically the Target line. That’s why there was this resounding reaction: http://www.refinery29.com/2015/04/80415/…
Nah, she’s all about that. Especially the fact that Annie’s is Organic. Her campaign essentially made Kraft Mac & Cheese more like Annie’s Organic Mac & Cheese.
To be fair, it’s only the women who find this line appealing and can afford to spend $300 on a shift dress.
I don’t understand how something can be so awful, and yet so bland at the same time, and cost $300.
Annie’s is right up Foodbabe’s ally though, so I don’t see why she would try to alter it.
it will be the same amount of cheese.
sure, but foodbabe would probably agree with that.
[foodbabe would agree]
What's interesting though, is that through this social imperative, and during the process of having to articulate and describe an orientation that defies existing patriarchal structures, we're opening up discourse on relationships themselves which don't meet traditional criteria.
same question went for people in gay relationships 10 years ago.
Oh don't worry, she's totally cool with it ;)
