Counterpoint: Supergirl is wack as hell. A show like Thrones laps it on its worst day.

Why are we dedicating article space to something a dumb dumb on Reddit posted?

They all sound like quest givers in an MMO.

They’re still trying to sell us on this Resistance thing, huh? It’s unbelievable how poorly sketched out the state of affairs in this trilogy has been. I have no earthly idea as to the state of the galaxy nor the scale of the conflict. And now we’re apparently back at square one with Rebel.....er....Resistance vs.

If there is another big bad, I’m 100% sure it’s going to be Doom.

This is like Zack Snyder clowning Spielberg for making a bad film.

Whedon’s comic book background and general status as a cult geek god made him the perfect director for this film, and it’s highlighted in the New York sequence. He completely and thoroughly understands these characters, what they bring to the table, and the roles they serve, and he places them exactly where they

I’m surprised we haven’t seen the requisite hastags or Io9 articles declaring GIVE CAPTAIN MARVEL A GIRLFRIEND, like we saw around Civil War with Cap and Bucky. This movie does all the legwork of establishing that Carol and Maria were a couple and simply doesn’t commit to it.

or have a guy run from the North back to the wall

Yup, Season 7 desperately needed the full ten episode order. Too many instances of characters teleporting from one place to another, major developments and encounters rushed through, and just a general sense of stuffing way too much into such a short amount of time.

“Hardhome” remains my favorite episode of the series. Not only does it deliver the long-awaited Tyrion and Dany meeting (something yet to be seen in the books), it also stages the single best climactic action sequence of the entire show.

I friggin hate this nanotech nonsense now where the suit isn’t even a physical thing he has to put on anymore. He can basically grow and do whatever he wants like it’s some alien shit.

Bravo on this series, Tom. It’s been a weekly highlight for me. Man, I can’t wait for the next one.

Look I hate to be that guy, and I know this is a very sensitive subject, but I have to ask the question:

I find it a tad lame that LeBron, a Jordan obsessive desperate to control the narrative of his own legacy, is making a sequel to his idol’s movie as a means of solidifying his own perceived ascension past the Jordan throne.

$10 says Daffy Duck hits the game winner, but LeBron gets all the credit.

Yeah but look at his stats!

It seems pretty clear that this movie is going to be a swan song of sorts for the OG crew, so it makes sense that they’d be the ones leftover to set things right.

Bruh, NSFW tag please.

Season 5 contains lots of non-book stuff, but it’s really Season 6 where you start going into totally new territory. 6 is excellent, BTW.
