It’s not that complicated for vegans - we aren’t eating meat because we don’t want to kill animals. I have memories of how it tasted (20 plus years ago) and I enjoyed it. It doesn’t gross me out - I just don’t want to kill anything. Burgers and steaks and chikn are fine.
