Lmao, I really don’t care about the funds coming from the goverment. What I care about is the use of said funds.

Positive net.... minus the cost of why the university exists in the first place.
Oh okay, good argument.
Lmao, this is honestly your reply?
Lmao, oh okay!
Many of the replies here seem to assume that I am in favor of the private institutions. I guess if you relate the almighty state to the evil capitalists, people get defensive.
The comparison of their budget is indeed apples to oranges. They are both sourced by different means. For instance, Unlike private institutions, public institutions are provided money from the goverment. This is not a grant, this is an operation budget. This money is sourced through the tax payers of their state.
I will never argue the sainthood of any institution, public, non-profit, or private. They all have their sins.
LMAO!
Private for profit institutions also conduct research.
Don’t fool yourselves, public colleges are just as bad. Go ahead and research what your state chancellor makes a year... now check out what the football coach makes a year. (In many states the football coach is the highest paid government employee)
Does it pay in currency?
