While it’s neat that Starbucks coffee is whipping ordinary soda pop by the numbers, people forget that coffee is still an agricultural product. A LOT a work - by human hands and the natural world - goes into creating it. I’m willing to pay a little more to have it if it means I’m still getting that real agricultural…

My primary alternative to SB is New Seasons, where any donut and a 12 oz coffee costs me $2.74.
