It’s disgusting that USPS gave the contract to a fossil-fuel burning design built by a military contractor. I know that some percentage of these will be EV but truly efficient EV unibodies are purpose-built as EVs.

That looks like someone welded a Geo Metro front-end to a 1950s box truck. Nice find.
I own a Tesla and a Chevy Bolt and there is no reason to think that Tesla is basing their pricing around Chevy’s. The cars are in a completely different league from each other. The Bolt has an adequate drivetrain but the interior is cheap and the ride is poor. The Bolt is an economy hatchback and Tesla makes luxury…
My wife and I are both in our mid-40's and neither one of us has run out of gas before. I’ve had plenty of dead batteries and flat tires though.
I admit, I hated it when it came out, but watching the video makes me want to give it another try.
It’s not a wagon but a used Tesla Model S with dual motors might scratch a similar itch (and is far cheaper to own).
As a Californian I can only appreciate these from a distance :(
I tried to get a class action lawsuit going on the seats...
With the $7,500 federal rebate Chevy still presents a fantastic value but that is ending soon I believe and then their ugly EVs will have no hope.
Wishfully hoping they have an AWD option. I own a Bolt and yes it’s ugly but it has a solid drivetrain and has been crazy reliable for me.
I’d like to think I’m a Tesla realist. I read Elon Musk’s biography and almost everything else written about him and came to the conclusion that while he is bright most of the ideas people attribute to him he got from someone else. Now of course not many people could have made happen what he has made happen with those…
Agreed. It’s down .02% right now. This is click-bait material.
That was my thought too but it’s also the main catchphrase from Borat and this is about Borat so maybe wishful thinking.

It’s been a couple decades since anyone working for Toyota has understood what a performance car is.
As a video game fan I’d like to submit that you call the car “Gordon”.
For those who don’t want to spend money on maintenance and who don’t have any interest in doing it themselves I recommend getting an electric vehicle. They essentially require zero maintenance compared to a traditional car.

I like white just because it keeps slightly cooler in the sun. I know everyone is sick of it though. My wife can’t stand it. I definitely like any fun color as long as it’s not too dark (dirt shows up).
I owned one of these and I’m over 6 feet tall. Easiest car to park I’ve ever owned plus if you fold down the seats you can fit some serious cargo! Great gas mileage and fun to drive too (not fast of course but handles well).
I predict this car will have the highest depreciation of any vehicle in the next year. Anybody who knows about the used car market for low-range EVs knows this. So, if you are going to buy this mistake, wait a year.
All I can see is awkward seal.
