Yes. I personally have a 2005 Subaru Outback with low miles and modded it to accept double-din Car Play receiver (had to buy parts directly from Japan to do that) and a 2002 low mileage VW Golf that I easily put a double-din Car Play receiver in. Both cars now have reverse cameras and hands free microphones and feel

This is great that someone made an EV van but it’s going to be overpriced and underperform compared to EVs that are purpose built from the ground up. Electrifying an ICE design is not the way to go. Too heavy, poor component placement, not aerodynamic enough. Also FWD and 200 HP for this huge heavy van? Seriously?

Hopefully it uses the GPS to compare your time to get home to the Pizza Tracker’s time of delivery to let people race their pizzas.

The only truly safe way to interact with computers in a car is if the car is fully self-driving. Until then, the next best option is voice control. I primarily use voice control (I use CarPlay but Android Auto is available too) in my Bolt via a dedicated button on the steering wheel. It’s effective and safe. It’s

Hands on steering wheels is required by law right now.

Looks good

Contributing factors in order of influence: 1) high altitudes; 2) enthusiastic fans; 3) west coast time zones.

Wow, I’ve been using Wikitravel since it started and didn’t even know about Wikivoyage. I’m annoyed that I’ve been using the wrong website for the last 5 years but glad that I know now.

Yes, ideally you just use a portion of the battery each charge so they can rotate wear throughout the cells. This RAV4 actually has Standard and Extended charging. Standard only charges ~80% of the battery so they can really prevent the same cells from being used each cycle. Extended charges it 100%. Best way to treat

Don’t need to worry about battery degradation with this vehicle. Its battery is liquid cooled. There are Teslas that have gone nearly a million miles with only around 5% degradation. Air cooled batteries on the other hand are a whole different thing and will lose significant range in just the first year or two. This

I don’t get how anybody has anything positive to say about this movie. It was horrifically bad. Special effects, dialogue, writing, directing, acting. Just failures all around. The average tv movie from the 80s is better than this. I feel like I could become China’s best director if this is the standard of what makes

Yes, I’m really curious about that!

It’s all relative. The car is $3 million. This model is the equivalent of $100 for someone who buys a $30,000 car.

If only there was some way of formatting data to compare values side by side. Just spitballing here, but if you drew horizontal and vertical lines and somehow were able to trick a computer into putting the values along those lines it just might work.

I know, I love my 2011 Golf TDI so much. It’s been so rock solid. I still own it though, I’m part of a separate class action. I’ve been annoyed that the class action is taking so long but maybe it’s a good thing now?

Yeah I’m surprised the author didn’t mention this. Hydrofoils weigh less, are less complicated, cheaper, faster, and more fuel efficient.
