Good to see Elin Nordegren has joined the Deadspin community!

That reminds me of the famous Rickey Henderson story of when he framed his first $1 million check and the A’s was like “Rick, we don’t have a record of you cashing the check.”

This is a great anecdote. For all of his many, many faults, he does seem like a pretty decent guy in the golfing community.

The strangest part of the final round was Molinari, who had just one bogey in the first three rounds and ended up on Sunday bogeying 3 holes, 2 of them for double-bogeys. In a way, all Woods really did on Sunday was to not melt down like the rest of the (younger) field around him. Like a guy who’s won that tournament

As the great philospher Mitch Hedberg once said, “This shirt is dry clean only; that means it’s dirty.”

‘Dry the pan on a stove burner for a few minutes.’

Truth be told, I never bought Norton as Banner. He had no edge and only turned into the Hulk when he was in danger. I never got the feeling that he had emotional problems while Ruffalo does a great job of playing a guy who's only *just* holding it together.

How about the guy he knocks down first?

Zion charged, the foul on Fall was super soft, and Delaurier should have been called for a hook and hold on the free throw. Thank refs for Duke.

“With the Blue Devils down 76-73, Zion Williamson drove the lane, and with all his power”

It depends on your perspective. If you look at the little locks and the text on the buttons, you would definitely say those are upside down. That’s because, on a flat plane, “up” is forward and and “down” is backwards.

So this is accurate, though, like you said, I could also have used other terms like “oriented the

Whatever “the kids” of the day think is right, fashion-wise, is always wrong and inevitably proven to be so.

I forgot my gym clothes one day so I did deadlifts in khakis and a plain white t-shirt.  I have absolutely stopped caring how I look when I work out.

I was kinda with the letter writer in that I’ve never cared for ankle socks and have spent the better part of my life waiting for them to be out. My day has finally come.
