I manage fifty public access computers in a public library and have to assist patrons daily because airline boarding passes (as well as many bank statements and other downloadable information) simply will not print in either IE10 or IE11. Do a quick search and you'll find this is a well-known problem.

no one should be using internet explorer, imo.
