When I was a kid, I arbitrarily chose Ford as my brand, mostly because everyone else picked Chevrolet and I didn’t want to be like everyone else. It was the 80's, Japanese cars were out of the question, Mercedes sold overbuilt unobtanium and the highest ambition of a plebeian like myself was to one day own a Cadillac

Damn, you people are young.

The 95 Maxima was a masterpiece, a truly great car on so many levels

Nothing, I repeat, NOTHING, unreasonable about that.

For me it was the AMC Eagle. It really was a car like no other at the time.  It was a station wagon, but kind of like a truck.  I always thought it looked rugged and utilitarian.  Like it could climb a mountain if you wanted it to.

The Datsun-era Z cars. I know that Ferrari made a few nice GT cars, but in my book they got the proportions just right with these.

It is possible that this car is not a Mustang at all. Notice that there are no pedestrians anywhere near the point of impact.
