I agree. I have had boyfriends turn verbally violent, and well into a relationship reveal dangerous anger, and in one instant you know it's wrong to be with them, but it's such a hard realization. And there's still love there and you don't know what to do with it. I feel for her.

By "breadth," you mean five responses, not all of them negative.

Lozada didn't. But if a woman attacks you with a bottle, shield yourself and then call 911.

"Don't hit her back" and "walk away" are the same thing. I don't understand. Do you really think a man who's being "attacked" by a woman should strike back? SERIOUSLY? (And there is zero evidence Lozada attacked him.) If he can't control himself, he has problems. There is no excuse to hit a woman. It's very strange

My legs are like jelly.

Yeah, the Koch Brothers would never allow it. Damn.

You say regardless of gender, but this was not a mugging. This was a relationship, and this is domestic violence, and I was speaking only in that context. In a domestic violence context, walking away from a woman who is instigating violence is a much better solution than punching her back. Because that would be

Agreed.

I'm sorry, but my comment did not need fixing. It was in reply to a comment that suggested that Evelyn Lozada was essentially faking for attention. In that context, my comment made perfect sense: even if she started hitting him, busting her forehead open is never an appropriate response. Walking away is. And pressing

As opposed to hitting her back? Yes. I am serious. Press charges but don't hit her back. "She started it" is never an excuse to hit a woman. Go through the legal system, don't use your hands. I'm sorry, why is this controversial?

Pink proposed to Carey Hart and they seem super happy. I love it.

If a woman is violent, a man should just WALK AWAY. Period. PERIOD.

Yes! The ones at Knotts Berry Farm in CA are scrumptious.

I've voted in every election since I turned 18, when it was Clinton v. Dole. I lined up with tears in my eyes, as it hit me for the first time that 100 years before I wouldn't have been able to vote. I wish all women voted. I wish everyone voted. Sometimes I feel it should be compulsory. But there are way to many

The ad is basically encouraging body dysmorphic disorder. Between this and the FREE ABORTION ALTERNATIVES ads I kinda want to puke.

How about parents don't hand over their fortunes to their kids? Plenty of rich people cut off support so their kids can have meaningful lives.

If my husband publicly dumped me for another woman he'd go on to have six kids with, all of Jennifer Aniston's millions would comfort me greatly.

Tribal African men hold hands. Our culture is very repressed.

Rihanna, you've been served.
