I saw this article earlier today because I know one of the people that they are targeting and our mutual friends are trying to raise awareness and support.

Didn’t the mother of the Prussian Blue girls move to Kallispell? I know it was somewhere in Montana.
She’s quieter than her son, but still a white supremacist. She was part of this effort by white supremacists to establish an all-white enclave in this corner of Montana that started about 30 years ago. Thousands of them have come to Whitefish, a nearby town called Kalispell, and the rural area around both towns.
What sucks is, from my observation thanks to friends’ experiences, the men never really get skewered. They get whatever they want and when they get bored they move on to someone new. Always a broken heart, always a waste of damn time!
I understand your sentiment but I still think letting him rot in prison is a far greater punishment. Give me the choice between 50-60 years of getting to stare at a concrete wall or just going lights out and I’d take the second option every time. This creep is gonna get off easy.
I don’t want him to get the death penalty; he’ll be a martyr for the racist fuckwits when he’s executed.
Rowland can only laugh. “They’re like cousins!”
Remember when Bravo showed opera and ballet and jazz concerts and Shakespeare?
I think sexism absolutely played a role in this election— it also did during the 2008 primary. The amount of criticism that Clinton faced was ridiculous considering who leveled that criticism.
Not only raised by those people - but latched onto by Clinton haters as if it was massively worse than any of the things Christie, Flynn, et al did. I refuse to believe sexism isn’t involved here.
Many of them were, though, and most importantly to me, everyone who voted for Orange decided that his racism and misogyny weren’t a deal breaker. People decided that his courting of white supremacists and my safety were not important. So their intentions mean not a goddamn thing to me, because it makes no difference…
I don’t think the angry white people who elected the Orange Man would have elected a socialist Jew, no matter how excited millenials were about him.
Pass me a Kleenex. I’m getting all teary over here thinking about the indignities suffered by those poor rich people who voluntarily spent millions of dollars to purchase real estate in Trump Tower.
Kanye West doesn’t care about black people
This is where I break with the Jacobin/ Intercept left. Aleppo was under horrific fire from Russia before the election. In the last year, Russian shelling killed more civilians than ISIS has in all of Syria, and twice as many civilians as the entire UAV drone strike program has since 2004.
I wonder how all those “Never Clinton” folks feel about her now.
I don’t think any of us expected the recount to actually change the outcome, but I do think it was still important because there were in fact discrepancies- there were 3 precincts that admitted to errors with the counting machines and in Greenfield 400 ballots were found that hadn’t been counted. While this may not…
But gerrymandering and voter suppression are very real things that shouldn’t be dismissed.
All these machinations about how to kick Trump out of office now, or limit his power, when all we had to fucking do was vote for Hillary Clinton in the first place.
Yes, it really bugs me that in reporting this story a lot of sites are leaving out most of the facts. Also, the ‘Canada’s Rosa Parks’ reeeeaaaaaally bothers me because Viola Davis’ act was first, and Rosa Parks wasn’t even the first African American woman to give up her seat in the U.S.
