The EEOC has also ruled that gay discrimination violates Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, so there are grounds to take your case to court regardless of where you live in the US. To my knowledge Michigan is the only state that prohibits height discrimination...so if you live there, you’re correct. Otherwise, the lawsuit would go nowhere. Please cite a source if you believe there’s some merit in your comment.
