Baseball does a lot wrong, but their replay isn’t the worst. What I dislike is that now it will catch the tickiest of tacky shit like if a player slides in safe and the defender holds the tag on him, and the part of the sliding player touching the bag comes off by half a centimeter, they are now out. No ump would see

I would love to meet the MiLB player who makes it Gwinnett, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, or Binghamton, and would say “yup, this is great right here, if only they paid me a little more and I didn’t have to sleep on an air mattress. That’s the dream right there.” They would be the first.

A head coach coming in and taking the reins of a national team can only do so much on the “tactics” side of nearly any sport.  What you need is investment in infrastructure and development for the sports pyramid.  And rather than just use nebulous, immeasurable terms like “pace and power” or “athleticism” vs “tactics”

I mean, I never used my champions weapons, I can’t even recall using the master sword all that much, because of these durability issues.

The jar or bowl methods don’t even really work.  I’ve tried several times and they usually fail to remove most of the skins after vigorous shaking.

I agree with much of this, but requiring the intermediate reeks things like credentialization, and also expecting you can wait your turn and something will be handed to you. It doesn’t say anywhere in the Constitution you have to serve in the Senate or be a governor. Sure the current office holder had no political

Also, dogs. Keep the dogs out of your bed, and your back will thank you.  People who sleep with dogs blow my mind.

So... "Brad" is an anarcho-fascist-libertarian-nü Christan-incel these days, right?  Do you keep in touch in Facebook?  Inquiring minds need to know what happened to Brad!

The Boston Public Library has a cafe and courtyard.  You can barely hear the city while you’re enjoying the nice weather outside.  Can be pretty relaxing to grab lunch there on a nice day.  And not a ton of people know about it because it’s so easy to just go to one of the countless fast-casual places nearby on

I guess just getting a generic, vaguely Mediterranean looking dude to wear that hoodie and flood pants combo was just too embarrassing for him.

    This whole thing is weird.

The only books I ever took out of my elementary school library were the Garfield books, and “Takes the Cake” was one of my favorites.

“Near” is all relative really. If you lived on the west coast, I’d forgive you for saying Springfield is “near” Boston (also about two hours away). Springfield (it’s actually slightly closer to Albany, NY than to Boston).  We would never say the Earth is “near” the sun, but if you were on Pluto, you’d definitely say

Gardner isn’t going anywhere as he’s one of the longest tenured guys on the team and an unofficial captain of sorts

Since you have to hold a monocle up with a hand or with the muscles around your eye, it’s really impractical. Would much rather see a top hat (or maybe a bowler).

There is a very good chance that Frazier gets traded for a pitcher, though it’s more because of his strengths than his perceived weaknesses. They do put a lot into “makeup” but I think the Yankees care about bat speed even more. He had a bad few weeks in the outfield, but players go through defensive slumps just like

Allegedly he will also be the backup at 1B for Voit.  I think it’s partially insurance that Voit bombs out this year or gets injured, because I think the Yankees have finally determined that they will never get anything out of Greg Bird.

Sometimes it seems like Cashman is playing a different game than a lot of other GMs (not all of course, there are other good ones).  I checked for a second to see if the GM in the 2017 Rumbelow trade was a different guy, but NOPE, both trades had Jerry Dipoto as the GM for the M’s.

I only remember using memory cards on my N64, I guess I don’t remember my dreamcast all that well, and I’m pretty sure xbox and 360 had hard drives big enough to hold the saves themselves. Though I do remember needing to cull save files for games occasionally.

I’m a large man. 6'4" and about 250 right now. I have my body and it makes me sick when my wife says she likes it because I have it so much. I can usually lose a little weight in the summer when I’m more active in general and can get farm fresh CSAs. But it’s a struggle. By BMI I should be around 205 or so, but I feel
