I honestly have nothing aginst doctors. I work ,and have worked, with tons of great physicians and surgeons and don’t feel disrespected very often. However, if you order a medication that is unsafe or questionable, it is a nurses job to question you on it. 100%. Do you know how many mistakes and errors are avoided by a nurse who refuses to do something? TONS! I’m sure You know that full well ! It really seems like you have something against nurses!

Ive been a nurse for over a decade, and i think your experience must be unique to your area of the country—I can’t imagine any of my collegues not respecting a female reisdent because of her gender. Not to mention, female med school graduates far outnumber male these days, so the gender climate of medicine is
