Musk just feels compelled to remind everyone daily of how big a piece of shit he is.
You’re also a transphobic bootlicker, so you can fuck off into the wild blue
Thinking about the way that guy was laughing when filling up those bottles with the hose still makes me chuckle.
Most people who need a sommelier to explain flavors etc may just not have the palette to discern the differences anyway. A sommelier -can- help you explore new flavors, but in many blind taste tests it’s pretty obvious that even self-proclaimed experts can’t really tell specific differences reliably.
the episode with the helpline for a bomb app wasn’t the part that made you think it was surreal ?
YMMV obviously, but I’m loving this season precisely because it’s all over the place.
All I could think about was the last episode where the tv exec said if someone is eating a donut, everyone watches the rest of the tv show.
Kinja needed a “Block” function way more than it did a “follow” one...
I’m pretty sure Barry isn’t the kind of guy who registers his car with the DMV. My guess is he buys them from beater lots and gives the dealers false names. I think that’s the same reason he moved back in with Nick and Jermaine—no lease to sign. He would avoid leaving a paper trail considering how he’s earned a…
It is 100% part of the joke that Barry gets away with everything. There also seems to be some meta-commentary on how increasingly impossible it is to get away with anything he’s doing in an increasingly digital world.
I think it’s intentionally going more and more bizarre and absurdist the more we realize Barry is incapable of humanity, and the more Sally gets sucked into the Hollywood machine the more she is expected to give up her own authenticity and the more Hollywood the show becomes. There’s definitely some parallel…
This is a *fictional story*.
Intentional cinematography like that is very underrated
Dunno about the other people you’re speaking to, but the person you’re replying to there is a right wing troll, so maybe take anonymous complaints online with a pinch of salt.
Between this show and Better Call Saul, we are very, very spoiled. Barry walking through the clothing store saying all that outlandish shit into his phone at top volume was the funniest shit ever. Cutting to Sally finishing reading his text as it got more and more bizarre with the bad talk-to-text translations felt…
Few people do Smiling Idiot better than Vanessa Bayer. Always, always funny.
The BanShe scene was breathtakingly funny. Reminded me of a I Think You Should Leave sketch - you know the one (that the actress was part of). Just magnificent.
So much this. I mean, I tuned out of Family Guy a few seasons after its return, moderately enjoyed American Dad and barely watched The Cleveland Show but that doesn’t mean I didn’t appreciate his talent as a writer, voice actor and singer.
I mean, maybe he doesn’t have as big a hand in recent years but he’s not innocent of Family Guy’s sins. If he wanted out of FG, he could do it, and if he disliked the show’s direction, he could take a more active hand, and he doesn’t. He still does all the voices and takes the money.
