You are mindful about using and are trying to make a difference while having to live a busy life. Even the stretchable silicone covers will not stretch over a plate or a watermelon, and with kids I can’t imagine how it all compounds the issue!?

I’ve had my same large cloth bags for four years now, given to me as gifts. I bought one insulated handled tote for cold stuff and never need the plastic bags. There are hundreds of options on the market. Learning you tried one ONCE and nevermore is disheartening.

I know commercial Marshmallows are inexpensive and plentiful but I always thought they could package them better, a little heavier bag or something. XO Marshmallows are my favorite for the fancier types. Thanks for the tips!

Interesting having everything heated and baked--I think because of the time of year I would keep it a cold sandwich but 6 months from now, definitely heat it up. Love the salad idea, very customizable. Thanks for posting the recipe.
