I wish I thought it did affect him. Everytime a valid criticism is brought to his attention, he shrugs and then runs off to the next project, like a little girl ducking under her mommy’s skirt. You are mindful about using and are trying to make a difference while having to live a busy life. Even the stretchable silicone covers will not stretch over a plate or a watermelon, and with kids I can’t imagine how it all compounds the issue!?

I’ve had my same large cloth bags for four years now, given to me as gifts. I bought one insulated handled tote for cold stuff and never need the plastic bags. There are hundreds of options on the market. Learning you tried one ONCE and nevermore is disheartening.
