@Marand: From what I have gathered, Sculptris will continue to be free, while they probably implement some of its newer innovative features in future Zbrush updates. Also, as far as 3D apps go, Zbrush is very reasonably priced in comparison to everything else out there.

@zipeater: My guess is Pixologic will keep this as a sort of Zbrush lite, and use some of this guy's ideas in future updates to Zbrush...that being said, I am stoked for the Zbrush 4 release today!
