Actually, in no way do I want district borders to be drawn using a “nonpartisan computer program”. There is no such thing. Algorithms are just as biased as the people that create them, and because they aren’t human, can make some truly awful decisions because they don’t know any better.

People take pro-tour MTG very seriously, and the top players there are defined by maintaining ~60% win rate. And at least in passing, the article mentions poker — which must be considered to be AT LEAST as random as MTG or Hearthstone — and poker is taken very seriously.
