Always and completely for this.
Always and completely for this.
I love the Adama-manuever.
Man. She had it coming. I really wish Aang would have taken her bending.
It seemed longer in the theater. Did they trim it down for DVD/Blu-ray release?
That was seriously one of my favorite moments in the video. The second is when Selena is in the Batwing and the Mortal Kombat theme is playing and she's looking incredibly awkward and he's suuuuuuuper into it. I literally knew a guy who would do stuff like that. He'd play really fast-beat techno and drive around in…
You're welcome!
C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER!!!
He's the reason why I feel guilty now when I eat an bagel for breakfast and not berries.
True! I sort of wish he'd go back and re-do this now that he knows how to do this better.
For me there just wasn't a lot of there-there to him in the films. Sure, they filled in the character in the EU but in the films, he was a lot of talk until Han knocked him into the Sarlacc.
I love Max's take on Knightfall. Especially Azrael.
Wait. What about this Bane?!
Thank you. I never, ever understood his appeal.
It's the Stupid Ned of Aliens?!
So, I wonder what the chances are now of getting another two Avatar series are now after Korra? One featuring an Earthbender Avatar (like Kyoshi) and then a Firebending (like Roku) avatar each progressing the world that the show runners have created to "finish the set". I seriously love the world-builiding they do on…
My best guess on this would be the first as well. Unless the opening of the Spirit Portal unlocked more than just the return of Airbending. Like seeing Earth affinity Firebenders. Or Air affinity Earthbenders, etc. I doubt it'd go as far as benders being able to use more than one element as it'd take something away…
I'm wondering with his heritage if they'll set his arc up to fail at Metalbending but be a pro at the Lavabending that Ghazan has been throwing down, since Bolin's parents are Earth/Fire benders, respectively.
That is a very good point. Mako is an upper level talent with his Firebending. I've always wondered if Bolin had some self-esteem issues with his bending because of how easy it seemed to come to Mako. I think we're in store for something special with Bolin and his finally reaching the upper apex of his talents.
Makes sense. To Bolin, it would just be a more intense pro-bending match. Except with criminals trying to kill him and not knock him out of the ring.
I don't hate that theory at all. I mean both shows have gone slightly dark in the past, but it would make more sense that her sister gave her the scar and Lin's personality is what drove Tenzin away.
