Anybody else catch this during the conversation with Diana? Very cute.

I'm tempted to link to a Cracked article about how an opined perception will trick your own opinion one way or another. And I will be the first to admit I'm not a Michael Jackson fanatic, so I wouldn't know his "definitive" voice from my ass...but...from what I do know, and from possibly my own skewed view, that

@tomsomething: You know, reading your comment stirred up visions in my head about government regulated direct marketing firms, and mandatory registration of businesses to use them in lieu of traditional advertising. So that each month, you get a stack of junk ads (like you probably already do) and a check.

Okay, my knee jerk reaction isn't that different from the comments here, to be honest. So I won't wave my "holier than thou" schtick. But I would have felt a lot better about the whole thing if I didn't know anything about it all all. Getting an e-mail that says I've come out the victor in a class action settlement,

Vote: Gizmo

@KamWrex: Okay, now this is a more generalized argument. On an national level, you can't mandate a course in the Boy Scout daily agenda on copyright infringement. It's ludicrous. But it's just as ludicrous to publicize a piece in their national magazine giving preventive measures to avoid (what is, realistically) a

@phdearthworm: You're right on the body coverage, so what we did was leave just a little extra slack on the sheeting and have somebody on standby to kinda pick and tuck the sheet one way or another. We ended up getting almost full body definition, and actually, a heck of a lot more coverage than in the video above.

@KamWrex: Yes, and this is a woefully inept course of action. As I said above, education should be the primary focus of any organization charged with caring for our children. This includes having discussions on; "What is legal?". Not enforcing willful ignorance. It's foolish.

@LoganAdams: Well honestly, a lot of those PR blows to the BSA are well justified. Since the 1980's the BSA has been gradually slipping into an extremely right wing biased operation that's publicly made many enemies. But this isn't about that. I ranted about that on another thread down below.

@LoganAdams: Not all licensing laws, that would be absurd. And then, just this particular offshoot that deals with listening to music. IE: Why Grooveshark and Pandora are legitimate providers of music.

Okay, honestly? It's a lot of fun. And not just in a fetish way. You really do feel a sort of weightlessness, and sensation on your skin is amplified. Yeah...it's weird. But worth it to try at least once.

@Michael Cody: 20 years as a Scout Leader, eh? Impressive.

Box truck rental: $85

@Platypus Man: I retract my previous statement, good sir!

...

Haha! It's like they're real life Johnny Quest villains! Or Venture Brothers rejects...

Oh, for the love of Mike...

@infmom: ^_^ Nice to meet you, infmom. I just finished my first book, and I was thinking of going through Smashbooks. You mind if I ask why you picked Lulu instead?
