My guess is at the end of secret Wars the pieces of Battle world are used to remake the multiverse. That or time travel shenanigans happen or some other deus ex machina happens.

I never assumed Secret Wars was going to do away with Marvels Multiverse. More like give them the opportunity to remix stuff and create new realities.

Its not really a reboot. They aren’t throwing out their continuity like the new 52, its more like a massive reshuffling. Sort of like taking all the characters from alternate universes putting them in a blender and seeing what shakes out.

Secret Wars is not meant to reboot the Marvel Universe. It’s more to mish mash alternate versions of heroes and places that make up Battleworld. It won’t ignore continuity to start from scratch.

I don’t know if I buy this argument that having action can ruin an entire genre. I think its more accurate to say that the Matrix did some things that were so successful that most studios immediately said “make it more than the Matrix” which in of itself isn’t a bad thing.

Yes to all of this. What I really missed from Inquisition is seeing the characters backstory a bit. I mean DA2 spans a decade and its was at its best when showing how your choices affected hawke and your companions.

Well from what I read in IGNs interview with Axwl Alonso we know Spider-Gwens universe comes back, since he says she pops in and out. What that looks like and how much universe hopping there is now is to be seen.
