Admittedly, iPhones also have exclusive software, such as Siri, for 'no good reason'. Also, I'm still unsure if multiple app stores is a bad idea, it could be good for the consumer with regards to price as it may prevent a particular firm having a monopoly on the market as Apple does.

Sorry, to clarify, Google Drive DOES have an Android app, Microsoft Skydrive does not. They are two separate services.
