I stalwartly avoided the books when they came out. But then I got into reading sporks of 50 Shades, which made me curious as to how similar it was to Twilight. This past spring, I read the Twilight series. It was terrible. There, I admitted it.

My partner and I started calling each other the most obnoxious snookums-type names we could think of for fun a while back, and then one of them stuck, so we call each other “Pook” with absolutely no sense of irony. (And if you want to get specific, I’m Pook Senior because I’m older, and he’s Pook Junior.)
