On the note of Cinderella, when the Fairy Godmother made the quip about the impracticality of the glass slippers, I pictured a LoT writer somewhere smiling, knowing that after years and years of making that point whenever the movie came up in conversation, they finally got to put it on TV.

Ray and Zari are an infinitely better couple than Ray and Nora ever could be, though I won’t rule out the real life chemistry of an actual husband/wife changing my mind.
