I’ve learned a lesson in this day and age:

There is a ton of stuff that isn’t adding up about this entire event.

Is the comment about pain/gain in reference to beginners or someone that hasn’t workout before/in a while? Or is it directed at the people in the gym that are doing the unholy workouts with a ton of weights that they shouldn’t be trying to move in the first place?

One of the topics of the diet course I took through work brought up a point about weight. The one doctor said that a loss of as much as 3% of your current body weight if you are overweight and have a dramatic improvement on the quality of your life.

I’m glad to see that you put some needed emphasis on the stretching versus warming up.

Having known someone that owned a Rapide, he said that when he could drive it, it was a great car, but it spent most of its time in the shop for stuff that should have never been an issue. His wife (who he got it for) had enough of it and got rid of it.

I hate being the one to say this, but.......

I look at it like this.

You title is click-baitish at best. But I guess that’s par for the course around here. Where is Stef at when you need her.......

The only complaint I have about the Camaro is the visibility. Price wise for what you are getting they are a hell of a deal.

A good app I found is one from Darbee called Pocket Workouts. They have some really nice workouts in it, and it has no ads.

I have a story about the gym I go to.

One of the best pieces of advice I heard about exercise came from a diet program that work had sponsored. The advice was this: go for a walk. The doctor said that just 30 minutes a day a couple times of week is good for you. You do not have to go to a gym, or have aspirations of getting ripped and 6-pack abs. Just

Those wall chargers are a god send! I have one of the 2 port ones and they have saved me quite a bit of time when I needed to charge up a few things when I was on the go. I keep it in my backpack with me at all times now.

So you are just going to grasp at the one thing like the anti-vaccers do? Thanks, all I needed to know.

This whole thing with Honda....damn. Alonso had points, all the engine had to do was finish.

Seeing how good of a driver that Ricciardo developed into, he is one of the hardest people to get past. I don’t think that Ocon would have gotten by him if he would have gotten close enough. Checo is a good driver and he had a hard time gaining ground I don’t think Ocon would have done very much better. All Ocon

I’m glad you said that. Of the 3 of them, Hammond is the one that does all the risky things because there isn’t a way Clarkson is fit enough to be able to do them, and May doesn’t strike me as having the skill set to do some of the things that are asked of the trio. I know that they had the Stig do certain things or

I’m going to take a swing at number 1.

The problem with credit scores is tied into the security clearance. That is not just an isolated industry but it is across the board in any avenue to military contract work. It sucks but you can thank certain events such as the Walker spy ring in the 80's. All this stuff with WikiLeaks isn’t helping matters any
