Sunglasses are supposed to work without setting up alternate appearances but it seems hit-and-miss. For me, it works pretty much all the time but my wife’s phone never recognizes her with sunglasses on.

Agree, as long as they have good longevity and Apple seems to have nailed that well with the ipad. We have 3 tablets in our household - all more than 4 years old.
If you are guilty of a crime. And your phone has evidence. And the police have a warrant, they should be allowed to access said device. No crime, no access. Crime, access. It’s a simple concept
After some googling, I think it’s actually that all the 4motion cars both Alltrack and non, have a 14.5 gallon tank and the 2-wheel drive golf wagons have a 13.2gal tank.
We took our ‘18 SE w/manual on a 2000+ mile road trip this past weekend through CO, UT, NV and AZ. Three people and 2 dogs, plus all our stuff. Next time I’d add a roof rack with a cargo box but otherwise, a fine comfortable trip.
Doesn’t the Alltrac also have a slightly larger fuel tank?
Agree. It’s definitely possible to cut ads out of your home. I’m in the same boat. After years of strictly ad-free TV, it’s so jarring to see tv ads in public places (restaurants, airport, etc).
The other side of this is that modern cars do actually last longer than in the past. Maybe not quite in line with the explosion in long-term car loans, but it does explain part of it. Manufacturers offer longer warranties now than they used to; cars can go longer without service; you can put more trouble-free miles…

While I do own a car, I often choose to ride the bus to work because, frankly, commuting in traffic can be stressful. A bus ride is often the more pleasant choice, personal space or no.
Not that I know of, but it might do something if you’re on a sharepoint network.
A better solution would be able to mirror your devices screen to the larger infotainment and play whatever you want locally.

I think the ground is mostly to protect the cord. If the brick is in the wall there’s less chance you’ll have a short on the 120V - any kind of shorts in the DC side will be protected by the circuitry in the power supply.
It’s a good general rule, but I would say the overall risk with the omitted equipment ground is fairly minimal here. The entire casing of an apple charger (and pretty much any other laptop charger) is plastic with no exposed metal. The risk of an ungrounded fault is pretty nonexistent unless the device is seriously…

Yeah, I don’t know why people are so up-in-arms about having more choice. It’s not like the low-end inexpensive devices are getting any worse because of Apple’s pricing policies. $100 phones are better than they’ve ever been.
