I do like iMessage when it works, and I do use it, but it's just another proprietary protocol, like Skype, facetime, google talk, whatsapp, etc, etc.
I'd add that you should try to find the car you want as a rental so you can really live with it, but that does narrow the selection a bit.
The problem is there are people out there who drive 6 figure cars, live in 7-figure homes and make a 5-figure salary.

My dad's 240 did that too. You could get it to shut down by locking the driver's door. Apparently the leak was somewhere in that door.
When you refer to rates I'm assuming you mean for service and parts. I've found that dealers in my part of the country are actually quite competitive in their pricing for service and parts, strangely enough. Not 100% mind you, but quite close.
