Doesn’t matter how hard they are to rangle, you are alone responsible for everything and anything they do. And should be held accountable as such. If a kid does something or hurts themselves or someone else nobody absolutely nobody should take the blame but the parents and the kid.

Only 2 people are at fault when a kid does something its not supposed to spoiler its the parents they are responsible for keeping the kid in line at all times. No shopping mall employee is to blame at all. That’s more of the great pass the buck parenting we see all the time now.

So if he was from South Carolina should he drive a BMW X3 instead of a Fusion because the Ford is made in Michigan?

I’m fine with parking. It’s the extra money/gifts/vacations/etc that lobbyists slide them that really grinds my gears

WHY DOES THE HEADER IMAGE TAKE UP MY ENTIRE SCREEN AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Extra buck for chips? Who are you? A Saudi royal?

I feel bad for Evans. The defensiveness of these tweets makes it seem like all the haters, and they have been vocal, are getting to him. Not that he should be surprised- I don’t think anyone coming in to “replace” living legend Clarkson would have been warmly received.

I mean, his heels left the ice. Call me a homer Pens fan— The hit was intentional, not “letting Rust glide into” him. I love both these teams and am a big fan of Marleau but sometimes them hockey players screw up.

Does it have any of this?

Summary, an earlier version of this post was not based in reality. It was based on the fear of GMO. It should be deleted.

IF I DON’T WEAR SUNSCREEN OR GET VACCINATED I CAN LIVE FOREVER

Jesus. Thank you. If I see one more EWG “scientific study” in my social media feeds touted as the end-all be-all of actual science, my head might explode. They’re crackpot Food Babe wannabes over there.

This goes right into John Oliver’s statement on how horrible scientific testing has become. Studies are never retried and they need to have something catchy to get future funding. No one clicks on the study, suncreen still a good idea.

Hannah also did a post recently about people paying thousands of dollars for old iPods, which was based on totally nonsensical eBay list prices that nobody will ever pay.

I wish Google would impose some sort of per-click financial penalty for the use of anti-science and/or fraudulent science in clickbait headlines.

Couldn’t agree more. I was already skeptical as soon as I saw the article harping on “natural” so much instead of any scientific basis of function. When I read “EWG” it completely lost me. This is the same group that swore up and down that cell phones caused super deadly brain cancer, and responded to sound science

This is important, because as I noted in my comment, Consumer Reports did not recommend as single mineral-only sunblock. All of them failed to provide as good of protection as the chemical based alternatives

I was suspicious as soon as the article started talking about dangerous chemicals. As the link you posted points out, zinc and titanium aren’t exactly things you’d want to ingest either but they’re okay because they’re more “natural,” I guess?

It is worth noting that the EWG has been called out for practicing junk science.

Except the EWG was proven as a fraud last year. Its more based on the we hate GMO world than science. I would much rather have scientists than politicans evaluate my suncare line.
