I use NetworkDLS’s DNSLife because it’s easy to install, it runs as a service and it has some pretty advanced features. Also, I wrote it - so full disclosure.

DNSLife is (my own) easy to use and free dynamic DNS service for Windows. Simply download, install, sign-up and choose a sub-domain and parent domain.
