Have you tried DoubleTwist? I think that works, but I'm not positive and haven't tried it.

Ophcrack. Also see the links.
I just got a new MacBook Air... any good utilities, etc (preferably free, though I do have the student-gift-card-promo-thing) that simplify use, etc? Also, what's the best way to transfer photos between two Macs if I'm looking to use iPhoto? I have an old Mac, but I don't want to do a full Time Machine restore,…
I wake up to NPR (I've got a clock radio). My alarm is by my desk, so I have to get up to turn it off/down. I usually lay in bed for a little and listen to NPR until I choose to get out of bed. It works really well for me, since it's not intrusive but still keeps me from falling back asleep.
I like Timbuk2 bags (I'm a student). Mine is awesome. My brother has a Jansport backpack, which has tons of pockets and space and a lifetime warranty.
Is it possible to work for Lifehacker while not living in LA/SF/NYC? How did you collaborate and where did you shoot your episodes?
I use LogMeIn... or would, if the tech-illiterate elders didn't live so close. It's easy, web-based, and free!
So put on Rebecca Black's Friday really loudly? :)
I think if you search "iPad" in the search bar of LH (magnifying glass) you can sort by relevance.
This is an iOS starter guide/tip guide: [lifehacker.com]
What's the best/quickest way to fall asleep on an airplane and/or while jetlagged after a plane trip? Any foods that help you fall asleep, etc?
500 dollar bill? When was this incident?
I see... I may have missed that... though it is still odd that Windows VLC doesn't include libdivcss... so all you need is the trial of AnyDVD?
This works with Mac OS X, but I don't think Windows (of any flavor) will work with Handbrake... Somehow on Windows, Handbrake doesn't use the VLC libdivcss libraries to decrypt DVDs. Has anybody gotten Handbrake on Windows to rip protected DVDs?
Ironically, the first thing I did with this article is copy it and send it to the adults/seniors to whom I usually provide tech support.
I just built a computer with last-gen Core i5 parts (CPU, motherboard) and it runs the latest games well. I would go with less RAM, or maybe cheaper RAM. You also don't need a SATA III (6.0 Gbps) hard drive, because hard drives aren't fast enough to take advantage of a 6 Gbps channel. A SATA II (3.0 Gbps) hard drive…
I usually take a book (digital or not, don't care), an iPad with some movies, and my laptop... yes, I do take both a laptop and an iPad.
I'd have to say DRM.... I really do hate not being able to distribute good software among friends/family, etc. I'm not against app stores, on the whole, and I try to use good apps, and if an app becomes bloated, I'll just find a better one. You usually can, with the Internet. And webapps are perfectly fine with me.
Adam, is there a way to put all of the videos together as well to use, like the PDF?
Thanks! I was wondering if that was what it is...
