Do you mean the halogen/fluorescent/tungsten/daylight settings?
Do you mean the halogen/fluorescent/tungsten/daylight settings?
I'm not sure about Flux... I downloaded it, but it seems really distracting and odd... how do you put it at a lower setting?
I travel a lot, and I use a normal backpack, usually. I would use my Timbuk2 bag, but I have a heavy laptop and usually carry two-three books, so it would kill my shoulder. It's pretty simple to get your laptop out, especially because you're allowed to keep your laptop in a sleeve... that's what I do. I'd have to say…
No, the God Box, etc. are from Ars Technica... the last release of that (look up "ars technica system guide") is from Sept. '10. The components should be pretty good, but I know the CPUs are last-gen if you're getting Core-i processors. Gizmodo has a list of the best gaming graphics cards on their "Best Gadgets"…
Yeah, I'd have to agree... I'm not sure which one I prefer... I grew up using PCs, started using Macs in school, got a MacBook, and now it's battery is broken and I'm using a PC. I can use both, and I like Windows 7 as much as I like Snow Leopard.
Don't get the iPad. I love multitasking, keyboard shortcuts, and being able to actually type. Unless you're gonna keep the laptop as a main machine and use the iPad only for travel, you'd be MUCH better off with the MBA.
google reader always works... reeder isn't working for you? #openthread
quick question: do the computers have to be on and running?
my router is a WRT54G v6, but I can't see the install directions... could someone post them for me?
Oh good god... what I use?
i use a clock radio alarm thingy, so i tune in to npr. i usually wake up and then fall back asleep for fifteen minutes, then lay in bed for another ten.
i probably do spend that much. more on weekends and at my grampas house, with ample tv's and homework that takes 30 minutes. #internet
