CR and JD Power use completely different approaches. CR is not “very short term”, by any means.

The difference from the manuals is that you could have both the hand and automatic crank on the same car at the same time.

The argument is that you getting hit by a train endangers others. I will let you figure out how this will endanger the life and well being of others even though it does not insure them physically. Felonies, by the way, do not need to result in prison sentence. And there is a difference between getting hit by a train

Charging for damages is what's happening now already. Let's see how that is working out. If you ever spoke to a train operator who had to hit a stupid human being you might have a different perspective of what constitutes damages. Also, delays are hard to sue for currently,  but may be easier if this offense is

A lot of collisions with trains are survivable and drivers and pedestrians hit by trains, or what’s left of them anyway, must be charged with gross negligence and endangering property and possibly other lives.

Why do you think that endangering people and property via gross negligence should not be a felony? You are crossing the tracks willfully and knowingly, do not forget about that.

Do you think barriers and flashing lights will stop people from getting hit by trains? Nope. My suggestion is to make getting hit by a train a felony.

Getting hit by a train has to be made a felony.

Depends on your financial situation. If you are well-off, then the extra $15K or so is not an issue.

Personal preference, as you said. I would choose a new, lower tier car.

Yep. When we bought my toy car, the 19 Bullitt, I had nagged my wife for a while to get her permission. I did get it. Then, a few days later she asked me how much the car was. Let’s just say I both bravely and barely survived her wrath. We could comfortably pay cash for the car. It was still a shocker to her and,

Yep. The only time I took a loan on a car I had all numbers texted to me by the dealer a couple days prior to the visit. All the numbers. They ended up being the exact numbers on the actual documents. I spent less than 40 minutes at the dealer total: we came in at 10:30 am and left with the car for an early lunch.

Yep.

No need to pay cash for cars today. But you should have cash for the car you want to buy. Financing while investing your cash is a great way to buy a car today. If you never had cash for the car and are financing it, you are screwed. The Repo Man loves people like that.

What does this have to do with lenders? This is 100% fault of the borrowers who enter into these loans. Always. So how about a title that is actually correct: Moronic borrowers take on more debt they can not afford.

I am of the opinion that anyone in control of a motor vehicle should be considered legally adult and bear full responsibility for their actions.

No need to be self-critical. You are ok.

Legally, the dealer is likely correct despite it being a stinky move. It is like farting in public: disgusting, but perfectly legal. This dealer just had a stinky, but perfectly legal shart on the customer.

Another reason why we need a direct sales option. If I am to pay a higher market price,  it should be to the manufacturer,  not to a third party glorified vending machine. Direct sales  option now!

I thought they would invent a new body style Shooting Brake Cylinder
