A short inseam makes finding the right motorcycle super important. You have to find that one bike with the low seat height that isn’t a forward control cruiser. My wife at 5'4" sat on a ton of motorcycles before finding a CBR300 fit her well. Then her confidence soared.

I’m guessing a decent portion of the 9 percent wanting a smaller home are newly minted empty nesters. 3000 sq. ft. may have been useful with 3 kids around but it’s a lot to heat and cool when you only use half of it.
