Bottom line, she didn’t bring her car in for the rear tires to have 3/16 of an inch removed. She didn’t bring it in for a hard braking check to possibly warp her rotors. She didn’t bring it in so she could go out to the parking lot hear the speakers are blown, and now have to schedule more service bay time to fix…
