I think you are overthinking it. They do the same stuff, they get into similar predicaments because that’s what happens in action movies. Elastigirl does the same stunts because that’s her shtick, the same way Superman flies, uses heat vision, and so on, in every movie. It’s also not a surprise that the sequel deals

Every time I think humanity is making progress I witness comments like the ones in this thread. People claiming “he used a pseudonym! It’s no big deal!” are wrong. Using a pen name is not what he did. He manufactured an entire identity and lied to his employers. That’s called fraud. Why Marvel isn’t upset about this

I remember the crappy American live action TV show they made a few years after this one and man did it suck. But I never knew how bad it sucked until I came across the amazing, the wonderous, the absurd Japanese Spider-Man and fell mad in love with it. Five or so years ago Marvel.com had all of the episodes available

I would totally cool with Howard the Duck playing a major role in the next movie just so long as Pip continues to not rxist in the MCU. I never got why he was in the comics. Ever. Jim Starlin, why?!?

Gotta say that I don’t think the original Avatar captivated anybody. It was the FX and thr hype that captivated everyone. I would not be surprised if the 1st sequel wildly underperforms. I know I will not be rushing out to see it.

I’m sorry, how does this appear to have backfired? This a cool idea. I’m not buying one, but I don’t normally spend hundred$ on a gorgeous statue of a fictional character. Some people do. What do those folks think?

Random question: Is The Terror scifi or fantasy? Just wondering we it shows up on iO9 at all since it looks like a historical drama.

Now playing

What about Ark II? It’s post-apocalyptic, had a diverse cast, a cool RV, and a jet-pack!

Unlike most, I liked the most recent Terminator. That said, the fact that all the other sequels have sucked and the one that I liked was abandoned and won’t have a sequel of its own, I am planning on avoiding any future Terminator movies. There are too many good scifi movies and shows to watch instead of taking a

I own a pair of the red rebelion/resistance logo high tops and while they look great rhey are taking a while to break-in. (As in, I’m still waiting for them to get comfortable.)

I had the luck of making it to SDCC in 2015 where I saw a life size R2-D2 that made to look JUST like the original R2 action figure from 1978. I’d love to have a chance to buy that one.

I thought this was all the “hohoho” laughs not the generic maniacal laughter. Sorry, feel misled a bit by the headline.

Nopenopenopenope... can’t get through it if it’s in English. Come on guys, we can all read. Give us the show in it’s native tongue with subs. Plus the VO actress sounds like she is putting on a voice rather than sounding like you’d expect a teenage-looking person to sound.

Looks like a prequel to the original Guardians of the Galaxy comic (This stars Charlie-1 of 23). Or maybe this is the MCU version of Thanos’ origin story? And what a great example of one of those trailers that tells all the important bits of the story so you don’t have to waste your time watching the full movie!

Are we allowed to be critical though? I mean, if we cite facts and point to actual structural issues and logic issues, is that ok? I’m just trying to figure out how to avoid being labeled a bitter fanboy when I feel like there are legit filmmaking issues with TLJ. It feels like people hate what they don’t agree with

To me if was less “anything can happen” and more “WTF is going on?!?”

Question: how does Ahsoka put on a turtleneck?

Well, they probably should have cut the entire storyline following Finn and Rose since you could excise it right out of the movie and the rest of the film would not lose a thing AND we’d all have gotten to go home sooner.

Blue Milk brings only death!! Why do you think Luke drank Green Milk in TLJ and LOOK WHAT STILL ENDED UP HAPPENING!!
