Am I the only one just completely over Jared Leto? I mean.... he’s become insufferable.

Now playing

how about stop using stupid terms like whitesplain?

Instead of whining about it like typical Gawker commenters, why don’t you all take to the streets? Organise and do marches? Picket? Protest peacefully?

Lady Ghostbusters was fucking great and....dare I say...better than the original, so all these naysayers need to STFU. Either see it and have a legitimate critique or find something else to do. And I don’t think the hook was intended to be so much, “now with women” as “now with these women,” but I’m not sure how to

I don’t really have a horse in the race for the Ocean’s reboot because I don’t care about those movies at all but I am SO MAD about what happened with Ghostbusters. I saw it twice in the theatres. I LOVED it. I plan to buy it and maybe even pay to see it again in the theatres before it’s gone! I am filled with so much

Fuck those misogynist fucking neckbeards. God damn whiny little pussies weeping into their mom’s meatloaf are ruining everything.

Dear Mr. Perry,

“People of color” sounds an awful lot like you’re hearkening back to the old days? Might as well put on an accent and call them colored folk. You realize Immigrants can come here LEGALLY correct? You realize that Germany has had like 4 terrorist attacks over this weekend correct? You realize being tolerant and

It was a lot more physical and action-y than I expected and I loved that so much. Everyone was just beautiful and amazing and I still feel happy and giggly from the experience.

All the cameos made me so happy. I don’t know if you stayed through the credits, but at the end, it said, “For Harold Ramis,” and I let out an “awwwwww!”

I loved that Wiig and McCarthy were much more the scientists and McKinnon just really wanted to f*** up some ghosts with awesome gadgets. She was living her best life during that battle scene.

I made a point of going last Saturday (and taking my 6-year old and my 4-year old even though the movie is PG-13) so that I’d contribute to the numbers. The whole sexist troll controversy made me defensive of this movie - I’ve never had that before.

YES! I felt exactly this! They were all awesome during the big battle, but Kate McKinnon was my everything when she started kicking ass.

I loved when Kate McKinnon’s character asked Kristin Wiig’s character how she could stand to wear pointy-toe high heels and Wiig said they’re terribly uncomfortable.

Ghostbusters was SO GOOD! During the big final battle scene, there’s a shot of Kate McKinnon running in slo-mo toward a bunch of ghosts, guns drawn, and the Ghostbusters theme song is blasting while she does it. For the first time in my life, I felt what I imagine little boys feel at superhero movies. “That could be

You have no idea how happy that detail made me.

i saw it! i loved it! AND THEY WEAR REGULAR FLAT COMFORTABLE SHOES WHILE GHOSTBUSTING!!

I know a lot of women in my age group (30-40) who are planning to see it, we’re just fucking busy. Maybe the demographic of this movie is not like the fanboys who see stuff on opening weekend, rather the movie will see steady business throughout the summer.

Or hes a dumbass kid who thinks he already knows how the world works.
