I beg to differ. Both Larry and Jeff continue to believe they deserve younger, more attractive women, which they only get because of the power, influence and money they have. They both act as if it’s tragic to have relationships with age-appropriate women (Susie and Irma) when they both are lucky that those two bother

So now we have Larry agreeing to pay for elective surgery in order to save what we learn is only $5K for a new fence. Wouldn’t the fence be cheaper?

Why won’t Miranda just throw those away?

Exactly! And even if it hasn’t been national news, we’re told that it was one of the most downloaded of Molly’s podcasts. It’s hard to believe that Molly (who travels to this sleepy town at the mere whiff of a story) wouldn’t have seen pictures of Dexter during her production of that episode. Or recalled that Rita’s

Not to mention, he’s rich as %$#. In real life, lawyers would be swarming all over the family with eyes on Larry’s deep pockets. If Larry has to pay a settlement it probably would be less than the money he’d be making on his new series - without the bad actress.

If Angela is such an amazing detective (which, obviously she is not otherwise why would she be on this show), wouldn’t she think it convenient that Molly disappeared right after allegedly exposing Dexter’s identity?

Harrison is enrolled in school as Harrison Morgan. The townspeople already know him by that name (even though the show lazily had him introdue himself as just “Harrison”.) The school has his academic records with the name Harrison Morgan on them. Do those records not name his father as Dexter Morgan? Or do school

Can someone explain how a divorce settlement can be amended years after the fact? If Logan signed the agreement with Caroline to give their three children controlling shares in the holding company, the three legally have them already, no? Can you really go back and change your mind, even if both parties to the divorce

IMDB just lists them as “Cheryl’s Dad” and “Cheryl’s Mom” and “Becky”.

Yes, this is driving me crazy. Repealing the law now only means he doesn’t have to put up a fence (or continue to pile up fines as time passes and he doesn’t comply).  But he’s still liable based on the law that was in existence when the man died in his pool. It doesn’t do anything to solve the “blackmail” situation.

Completely agree. I wasn’t looking forward to Billie hosting, but from the first minutes she had me hooked. Her genuine happiness at being on that stage was infectious. She did a better job than many of the “established” actors who’ve hosted in the past.

Another nit: everyone in the white-white funeral home is wearing the same tone of black clothing. Nobody stands out. If you’ve ever been to a funeral, that is not how real life works. Everyone’s interpretation of funeral clothes (and everyone’s available closet) differ.

The new show lives in that optimistic fantasy world where the pandemic happened, but we’re over it. Just a few chuckles about “do we hug now?” and “I miss when we had to be 6 feet apart legally.”  See also: Curb Your Enthusiasm.

The girl in the pilot was wearing Jackie’s necklace, but doesn’t mean it was Jackie. She already gave it to Shauna, so it’s not definite who would have been wearing it at that point.

I think it’s supposed to be Canada, not the US.  But agree that if one small plane was able to find it and its owner build a cabin, there are likely more.

There was the moment when Shauna points to the Adam waiting in the truck as she’s talking to the guy outside the liquor store. I don’t think the guy looks at her as if she’s pointing at an empty vehicle - but then again, it was an odd moment that stood out to me. “Look, I’m not alone. See?”

I had to look up the actor playing Asa to make sure he wasn’t the guy in the Asia Argento scandal.

I think the point is that Larry only didn’t vote because the other guy didn’t vote. They were cancelling each other out anyway. So if Larry didn’t propose them both skipping out, and then both voted, it would be one more vote to each candidate, but Mayhew still down one.

If it’s a private unpaved road that only leads to the cabin, and the cabin was abandoned and nobody has been there since the 70s, it’s possible it’s become grown over.

Not to mention that those girls scoured the cabin looking for food and supplies, and confirming that there was nobody/nothing to stop them from sleeping in there safely.  I refuse to believe that nobody went up to the attic until the middle of the night.
