That “old joke” is a complete myth. The US govt spent nothing on the development of the space pen, that was all Fisher. It’s also not a good idea to use a pencil in space. Thousands of tiny pieces of highly conductive graphite floating around in your capsule is not a good thing

There’s an old joke that NASA spent millions developing a pen that could write in space, and the Russians used a pencil.

Are you trying to shame him in death? Because that was just a reminder of how fucking great he was.

They’ll probably keep doing the Lvl up shortcuts and really go for cosmetics

Is this worth it without VR?

Also, if they add DS9 DLC then I will immediately buy either way. Just putting that out there.

DEEP SPACE NINE PLEASE. I want OPs and the Defiant.

Back in elementary school, we sang:

Why would it be a bad thing? This model of gaming is a fucking joke. Maybe leave these “free” versions for fools that like to spend thousands of dollars and just give other normal people a full game for 10-20 dollars?

I’m not sure what you’re implying here. Shitty design is shitty design and if it teaches others not to do it, it’s a good thing.

No one ever expects Holdo cosplay because to stay in character you can never reveal your plans to anyone.

Hanlon’s Razor

Here you go, this is a good example. This is from 2013 and was made by prop makers and students.

Riot did a giant “puppet” cosplay for a character named Thresh.
Sure, it’s a little different, and they have funding from a large company, but it still shows that things can be done for cheaper, and look better.

Some cosplayers out there are actual mechanical and robotic engineers. The other person’s comment really isn’t too far off.

Yes if it does nothing there are a whole lot of things with that price tag that do something that you could buy. Like corvette, or one of those parachute plane things or a nice boat.

Exactly, this is the big issue with “avoidable” microtransactions unless they’re completely cosmetic. Their existence will cause developers to make things harder to get through normal gameplay to influence you to spend more.

All I want is a “Realism” mode like the original had. I don’t want a game that is artificially more difficult, where bad guys are psychic bullet sponges... I want a mode in which a headshot kills me as surely as it kills a bad guy, and enemies cooperate in believable ways with senses that emulate the way real people

I’m just so confused why they decided to remaster and rerelease what is universally considered the worst Burnout game instead of Burnout 3: Takedown, the unanimous choice for BEST Burnout game, and one much more in need of an HD remaster. Hell, get Burnout and Burnout 2 in there, too!

Ever since a certain person became President, she felt she needed extra armor down there.

Clearly that’s Litten. Nintendo must have a new Pokemon game coming soon.

I immediately thought of Samurai Pizza Cats when I saw it.
