The answer is quite simple. A journalist cannot ethically publish anything without 2 corroborating independent witnesses. If 1 person says something happened in a hotel room and the only other person in the room who could verify it says it didn’t happen, then the publication cannot print it.

Journalism 101: nothing goes to print until you have 2 independent sources confirming it. If 1 person says something happened in a hotel room and the only other person who could verify it says it didn’t happen then you can’t print it.

This is very reminiscent of the Kavanaugh hearing. There’s no reason not to believe her, but there isn’t going to be enough evidence to prove it happened.

In Florida, there is no requirement for you to call the police. You can physically do the removing yourself, so it really doesn’t matter what the trespasser wants.  It’s about what the homeowner chooses. 

I think there should be a year long transition period where people can decide which side of the wall they want to be on before it finally goes up.
