I’ve met people like him (I actually have two cousins who used to be normal people who are like him now). The way he wrote in his journal, I think he honestly believed he was bringing Jesus to the Satan’s land (again: very, very stupid).

It does impact me. I was a big fan of the honey roasted peanuts they used to serve Southwest flights. Now thanks to the “I can’t be in the proximity of certain food” folks, I’ll never have them again.
