I mean, that’s not how it works. The flu shot isn’t going to lessen your flu. If you got the flu at all after a flu shot, it means it didn’t work. Last year’s vaccine was only 10% effective, as in there’s a 90% chance that if you encounter the flu in the wild, you’ll come down with it.
