What if everyone picks a different place? Who decides the tie breaker?
What if everyone picks a different place? Who decides the tie breaker?
Just because a certain news story is everywhere on TV and social media doesn’t mean a restaurant or bar needs to address it
Unless this meeting took place outside, it was a private conference where the recorder was not in attendance and therefor not a party to it. Someone in the room would’ve had to give consent for the recording.
Not at all. How would we? We couldn’t even leave campus without permission. We played them in sports and we had ‘rival’ schools, but we never had joint get togethers or anything. But my school was coed so maybe there was less need to have these types of inter school mixers.
It’d be more fun if they had to drink a frosty every k.
One party consent means the one party must be part of the conversation. Since she wasn’t involved in the conversation, no one in the conversation consented to be recorded. There’s no such thing as zero party consent unless you have a warrant.
I kinda figured, but there’s no mention of anyone else in the room.
But after the girl and her mother left the room, James said that she was “sick of her and her mom” and that she planned to try to “embarrass her ass.”
That sounds like a personal issue rather than an age issue. “Guys” isn’t newfangled slang.
And you’re missing the point. Accusations are not to be treated as facts. People lie. When you treat accusations as facts, there is no defense against the lie.
I went to a boarding school. I didn’t know anyone not in my school.
My understanding is that they both attended separate single gender schools. It’s unclear how well they would’ve known each other.
The only women republicans care about is white women. So as long as the majority of those women support them, they see no problem.
That’s kind of the opposite of what’s happening now. The kids today are willing to eat shit for pay. They’ll work weekends and nights and break up with their significant other if it means they they’ll get a 401k
Told you what? That you should try to get started on your career as soon as possible or that empirical evidence showed you would get started on your career as soon as possible?
I think the difference is these kids aren’t even willing to take the jobs temporarily. They want to get started on their careers as soon as possible, so they see a temporary job waiting tables not as a stopgap, but as a waste of their time.
Gen Z grew up in the middle of the great recession and research is showing that it ended up turning them into a bunch of corporate fodder. They’re more willing to sacrifice the life in work/life balance for a steady paycheck than previous generations:
That seal put some mustard on it too.
“Shut up and dribble write”
I looked up my options and posted them for you. I’m not giving you my address because you’re clearly an idiot who I wouldn’t trust to empty my garbage.
